PHOTOS: David Tennant At Good Omens Screening And Panel In LA

David Tennant attended a special event for Good Omens in LA yesterday where he joined his co stars Michael McKean (Witchfinder Sergeant Shadwell) and the series director Douglas Mackinnon at a screening on Sunset Boulevard. 
The Amazon Prime event consisted of a screening and a Q&A panel hosted by Aisha Tyler and was followed by a reception. The event was only open to Television Academy National Active Members. 

Good Omens is a dark, comedic story set in modern day Britain on the brink of the Apocalypse. When a fussy angel, Aziraphale (Michael Sheen) and a suave demon, Crowley (David Tennant) get wind of the coming of the Antichrist, they join forces to prevent the loss of their comfortable lifestyle on Earth. USA & CANADA: There She Goes Premieres On BritBox Today

The five part comedy drama series There She Goes drops on BritBox, the US streaming service operated by ITV and BBC Studios, today.
The BBC Four show stars David Tennant and Jessica Hynes as the parents of a severely disabled girl. There She Goes is based on the real life experiences of series creator Shaun Pye and his wife whose daughter was born with an as yet undiagnosed chromosomal disorder. The series originally aired in the UK in October and November 2018.

VIDEO: Meet Adam Young In New Good Omens Clip

Meet Adam Young, AKA the Antichrist, in a new clip from the upcoming fantasy series Good Omens, courtesy of Entertainment Weekly. David Tennant and Michael Sheen star respectively as the demon Crowley and the angel Aziraphale in the six part adaptation of the much loved  novel by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman, set to launch wordwide on Amazon Prime on May 31st.


Good Omens also stars Sam Taylor Buck as Adam, Adria Arjona as Anathema Device, Jack Whitehall as Newton Pulsifer, Michael McKean as Shadwell, Jon Hamm as Gabriel, Miranda Richardson as Madame Tracy with Benedict Cumberbatch voicing Satan and Frances McDormand voicing God, just to name but a few of the star-studded cast.



Good Omens was written by Neil Gaiman, who also produced alongside Caroline Skinner and Narrativia's Rob Wilkins. Dougla Mackinnon directs all six episodes. 


USA: Doctor Who The Animation Collection To Be Released On DVD

A new DVD release which compiles a series of Doctor Who cartoons is coming to the USA on 4th June 2019.
Doctor Who The Animation Collection is a two disc set that features 7 hours of the Doctor in action. Included in the collection are David Tennant’s animated adventures The Infinite Quest, featuring the Tenth Doctor and Martha Jones, voiced by David and Freema Agyeman.  The Doctor and Martha follow a trail of clues across alien worlds to find the location of the Infinite, a legendary lost spaceship.
And Dreamland which sees the Doctor arrive at infamous alien hot spot Roswell, and visit a local diner where he stumbles upon a mysterious alien artefact. This sets him on a mission to rescue Rivesh Mantilax from the threat of the Viperox and the clutches of the American military, with vocals from David, Georgia Tennant and David Warner. 

Also included are Scream Of The Shalka, which sees David voicing the character of the Caretaker, Shada and The Power Of The Daleks.

A new to the UK episode of the animated series DuckTales airs on Disney XD today as the second series continues with the episode Storkules In Duckburg!

The rebooted 1980s show stars David Tennant in the iconic role of Scrooge McDuck, with Danny Pudi, Ben Schwartz and Bobby Moynihan voicing the mischievous triplets Huey, Dewey and Louie. The cast also includes Kate Micucci as Webby, Toks Olagundoye as Mrs Beakley, Beck Bennett as Launchpad McQuack and Tony Anselmo as Donald Duck.

In today's episode, Louie recruits Storkules for his professional monster extermination business, while Storkules faces his greatest challenge: being Donald’s roommate.

David Tennant To Host New Episode Of Have I Got News For You

David Tennant is to host a new episode of Have I Got News For You later this month. David will take charge of the show for the fifth time when he appears on Friday 26th April.

He'll be joining regular team captains Paul Merton and Ian Hislop alongside Zoe Lyons and Johnny Mercer MP as guest panelists on the BBC's long-running panel show which pokes fun at the biggest and strangest news stories of the week.

David's episode will be recorded on Thursday 25th April but tickets are waitlist only via SRO Audiences here.
