Scrooge McDuck and his adventuring family are back on TV screens next month when all-new DuckTales premieres on Disney XD on Saturday 12th August. Ahead of that you can get a taste of the action in a new mini-adventure starring the thrill-seeking billionnaire, his great-nephews Huey, Dewey and Louie and their friend Webby Vanderquack. Mad To Be Normal is coming to David Tennant's hometown of Paisley as part of this year's Spree Festival. David stars in the new film based on the life of the notorious Scottish psychiatrist R D Laing which premiered in Glasgow on 26th February this year. The third season of Broadchurch continues on BBC America next Wednesday, and it looks like Detectives Hardy and Miller may have identified the culprit in the hunt for the perpetrator of a violent sexual assault. Doctor Who writer and actor Mark Gatiss has described the plot of an unmade episode of Doctor Who from 2008 that would have starred David Tennant as the Tenth Doctor. Mark talks about the episode in 'The Empire of Mark Gatiss', an exclusive interview in the new issue of Doctor Who Magazine (Issue #515) which is available in stores and online today.  The episode, The Suicide Exhibition, was originally intended to feature in series 4 - David's third series - and was subsequently considered as part of the Specials series in 2009. Set in a World War II museum, the plot was inspired by the removal of museum exhibits from large cities to safe stashes in remote areas and inside mines. David Tennant and his DuckTales co-stars jumped at the opportunity to take part in the Entertainment Weekly 2017 All-Star Dance Off at San Diego Comic Con last Friday. David, along with Dany Pudi, Ben Schwartz, Toks Olagundoye, Kate Micucci and Beck Bennett were among the many famous crews getting their groove on at the EW studio over the weekend. In a new clip from last weekend's San Diego Comic Con, David Tennant and his co-stars from the upcoming Call Of Duty: WWII Nazi Zombies talk to Entertainment Weekly about why they signed up for the video game. David reveals that he had advice from a young family member while Katheryn Winnick explains how impressed she was with the research that went into the project. David also talks about the difficulties of recording audio for gameplay. In the Nazi Zombies game mode, David plays Drostan Hynd, one of a specialist team sent to recover art works stolen by the Nazis, but who end up stumbling upon the horrifying monsters created by the deranged Doctor Straub, played by Udo Kier. David Tennant's Call Of Duty WWII Nazi Zombies character has been revealed by the official twitter account who posted the above artwork which shows David in the role of  Drostan Hynd. Prof. Hynd, is an antiquities expert and former art thief given the choice to come out of prison on the understanding that he'll work for the good guys. During the recent SDCC panel David spoke more about Prof. Hynd "He has a tartan cap. Because I'm Scottish," David says, "He swears a lot, an awful lot! It's full of bad language, this game, I'm terribly shocked!" Cameron Dayton pointed out that most of the swearing came 'so naturally from David' during the session. David argued that he was invited to bring an authentic Scottish feel, so brought some of his experience of growing up in Paisley and did "...a little bit of improvisational cursing". On Thursday morning at San Diego Comic Con, David Tennant took part in the panel discussing the world reveal of characters and storyline for Call Of Duty: WWII Nazi Zombies.  You can now watch the entire panel here via the official Call Of Duty You Tube channel: The plot of Nazi Zombies centres on a specialised troop sent to recover works of art plundered by the Nazis, but who encounter more than they bargained for when they stumble upon a hellish army created by a Third Reich scientist. David voices the playable character Droston Hynd, a foul-mouthed former art thief who is offered release from jail in exchange for his help on the mission. The Sledgehammer Games title, Call Of Duty: WWII will be released worldwide on Playstation 4, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows download on November 3rd. Those pre-ordering on disc or download now will have Beta access starting from late August.
