David Tennant is among a host of household names who will be sharing their memories of the National Television Awards in a celebratory show to be broadcast in the New Year. As the long-running awards show reaches its 25th anniversary, Dame Julie Walters will be narrating a look back with help from past hosts Trevor McDonald and Dermot O'Leary and their successor David Walliams, who will be taking the reins of the 2020 ceremony.

David will be reminiscing on past events along with Ant and Dec, Graham Norton, Holly Willoughby, Simon Cowell, Paul O'Grady, Richard and Judy, Danny Dyer, Julie Hesmondhalgh, Davina McCall and many more familiar faces. In the past, David has picked up four National Television Awards for Doctor Who and in 2015 he was presented with the Special Recognition Award.
