David Tennant and Macbeth nominated at the Olivier Awards - How to watch tonight's ceremony

David Tennant has been nominated in the Best Actor category in the 2024 Olivier Awards for his performance as Macbeth at the Donmar Warehouse. 

The annual awards ceremony takes place this evening at the Royal Albert Hall and will be hosted by Hannah Waddingham. 

Fans in the UK can watch all the winners revealed on ITV from 10.10pm BST or on streaming service ITVX.

Fans in Australia, the USA and Canada can stream the ceremony on Britbox. 

TikTok will be the official mobile entertainment platform for the evening, hosting the pre-ceremony arrivals livestream on London Theatre’s TikTok channel. Arrivals will begin at around 4.30pm BST.

The ceremony will be available to stream worldwide on YouTube from 6pm BST.

Mark Gatiss for The Motive and the Cue at the National Theatre – Lyttelton and Noël Coward theatre

James Norton for A Little Life at the Harold Pinter theatre & Savoy theatre

Andrew Scott for Vanya at the Duke of York’s theatre

David Tennant for Macbeth at the Donmar Warehouse


Macbeth is also nominated for Best Revival and Gareth Fry is nominated for the Best Sound Design.
