UK: David Tennant's New Thriller 'Inside Man' Continues On BBC One Tonight


The second episode of David Tennant's thrilling new drama, Inside Man, premieres on BBC One tonight at 9pm.

Inside Man follows a prisoner on death row in the US, a Vicar in a quiet English town, and a maths teacher trapped in a cellar, as they cross paths in the most unexpected way.

The star-studded cast is led by David Tennant (Des), Dolly Wells (The Pursuit Of Love) and Lydia West (It’s A Sin) alongside Stanley Tucci (Feud) in the title role of the Inside Man.

Further casting includes Lyndsey Marshal (Dracula), Atkins Estimond (Hightown), Mark Quarterly (Cursed), Tilly Vosburgh (Maigret), Louis Oliver (Midnight Mass), Kate Dickie (The Witch) and Dylan Baker (Hunters).

Created and written by Steven Moffat, Inside Man is directed by Paul McGuigan, with Alex Mercer as producer. Executive producers are Sue Vertue for Hartswood Films and Ben Irving for the BBC.

Maths tutor, Janice Fife (Dolly Wells) is trapped in a cellar - but how far is she willing to go to make her escape?

On death row, journalist Beth Davenport (Lydia West) finds herself running an errand for wife killer Jefferson Grieff (Stanley Tucci). And vicar Harry Watling (David Tennant) confronts his verger about a dangerous secret.

Inside Man continues next Monday at 9pm.
