The next two episodes of David Tennant's epic new adventure series, Around The World In 80 Days, premiere on BBC One and iPlayer in the UK tonight.
The premiere of episodes 3 and 4 will air at 6.20pm and 7.10pm, the full series will then be available to stream as a boxset on iPlayer from later today.
Around The World In 80 Days stars David Tennant as Phileas Fogg, a 19th Century gentleman and adventurer who, with his valet, Passepartout, played by rising French actor Ibrahim Koma, takes on the legendary journey of circumnavigating the globe in just 80 days following an outrageous bet. They are swiftly joined by aspiring journalist Abigail Fix, played by The Crown’s Leonie Benesch, who seizes the chance to report on this extraordinary story. Other cast members include Ty Tennant, Jason Watkins, Peter Sullivan, Lindsay Duncan, Dolly Wells, Richard Wilson, Faical Elkihel, Anthony Flanagan, Gary Beadle and Giovanni Scifoni.
Episode 3
Stuck on Yemen’s west coast, foolhardy Fogg decides on a dangerous desert crossing, leaving Abigail Fix in a place where even a fellow Englishwoman proves hostile.
Episode 4
In remote India, Fogg grumpily waits for a wedding to be over, but the groom is grabbed by the army. Passepartout is torn about potentially sabotaging the trip, while Miss Fix’s self-belief has been shaken.
