Big Finish's Doctor Who Adventure 'Out Of Time' Starring David Tennant And Tom Baker Nominated In The Scribe Awards

The Doctor Who, Big Finish audio adventure, Out Of Time 1, by Matt Fitton has been nominated in the 2021 Scribe Awards. 

The Scribe Awards acknowledge and celebrate excellence in licensed tie-in novels and audio dramas based on TV shows, movies and games.

David Tennant and Tom Baker star as the Tenth and Fourth Doctors in the story which was released last August. 

Writer of Doctor Who: Out of Time 1 Matt Fitton said: "It is an honour to be in the running for a Scribe Award alongside such brilliant fellow nominees, showcasing a range of storytelling. In difficult times, people rely on drama more than ever to escape, and bringing together two of Doctor Who's iconic stars to battle an iconic enemy was such fun and a huge privilege.

“That we completed this production during lockdown shows the innovation and talent at Big Finish - thanks to all the actors, musicians, sound designers, directors and producers, and everyone else behind the scenes who have kept on telling stories.” 

The award winners will be announced at an online ceremony on Friday 2nd July 2021 at 4pm (PT).
