David Tennant, Des, Deadwater Fell And Staged All Nominated In The National Television Awards

The longlists have been announced and the vote is open for the National Television Awards 2021. 

2020 was a big year for David Tennant and the nominations reflect this with David nominated in the Best Drama Performance category for his roles in Des and Deadwater Fell. Both dramas are also nominated for Best New Drama and his lockdown comedy Staged also gets a nod in the Best Comedy category. 

Voting is open on the longlists until 11pm on Friday 4th June.

The awards will take place at the O2 in London on Thursday 9th September and will be shown live on ITV.
