More details have been released about the upcoming DVD released of Staged, including a first look at its cover art. The hit lockdown comedy show was written and directed by Simon Evans and stars David Tennant and Michael Sheen as exaggerated versions of themselves.
The double-disc release will include extended episodes of both series of Staged along with exclusive outtakes. It also comes with a reversible sleeve so you can decide yourself which star gets top billing on your copy.
Staged Series 1 and 2 is released on Monday 15th February. You can pre-order the DVD at this link.

Michael Sheen and David Tennant (playing themselves) were
due to star in a production of Six Characters In Search Of An Author in the
West End. The pandemic has put paid to that, but their director (Simon Evans -
also playing himself) is determined not to let the opportunity pass him by. He
knows how big a chance this is for him and turns his attention to cajoling his
stars into rehearsing over the internet.
Staged also stars Georgia Tennant, Anna Lundberg, Lucy Eaton, Nina Sosanya and, in series 2, Ben Schwartz. The show also boasts some jawdropping cameos from huge stars from the UK and Hollywood.
Staged series 2 is currently airing in the UK on BBC One on Monday and Tuesday nights, and all episodes are available via BBC iPlayer. Staged is produced for the BBC bu Infinity Hill and GCB Productions in association with No Mystery, Rainmaker Content and Cider House Productions.
