NEW ZEALAND: Des Starring David Tennant Begins On TVNZ Tonight

Viewers in New Zealand will be able to watch David Tennant's award-winning performance as murderer Dennis Nilsen as ITV's real-life series Des airs on TVNZ from tonight (Sunday 27th December). Based on the book Killing For Company by Brian Masters, the drama will air across Sunday and Monday nights.

Dennis Nilsen was one of the UK's most prolific serial killers, responsible for the deaths of around 15 young men and boys in  between 1978 and 1983. The drama follows his trial and the efforts of the police to identify his victims. Des also stars Danial Mays as Detective Peter Jay and Jason Watkins as Brian Masters.

Watch Des on TVNZ1, starting with a double episode tonight from 9.20pm and concluding tomorrow from 9.50pm.
