David Tennant has donated props from the Doctor Who Christmas special, The Runaway Bride, to raise funds for East Anglia’s Children's Hospices.

He has handed over his personal collection of Tenth Doctor ten pound notes that were created for the show and has even signed them for The Celebrity Bottom Drawer Auction.

Griff Rhys Jones organised the event and has been asking his network of celebrities to donate their treasures and quirky personalised items for the week-long auction which begins today.

The auction is now live and is hosted by online auction experts Bid In and you click here to view the lots.
