UK: Drama Channel Continues Repeat Run Of David Tennant’s Doctor Who Era Today

Drama Channel in the UK continues airing David Tennant era Doctor Who episodes this afternoon. The re-runs begin from 1.00pm with three episodes airing each week.

David joined the show in 2005 as the Tenth incarnation of the Time Lord and went on to achieve global success with the part. Over 4 years and 47 episodes David won critical acclaim, walking away from the show in January 2010 with an armful of accolades including National Television Awards and a BAFTA Cymru.

Fans too were won and his Doctor was voted the best ever by reader's of Doctor Who Magazine.

In November 2009 the episode The Waters Of Mars gave BBC America their biggest ever ratings.

And in the UK over 10 Million people tuned in on 1st January 2010 to see the demise of David's Doctor as he regenerated.

Today’s episodes are: 

1pm Silence In The Library 
One hundred years ago, the Universe's greatest Library was sealed off with only a cryptic warning as explanation: "Count the shadows." However, it now appears that the shadows are on the move again, and the Doctor and Donna must uncover the terrible truth behind the Nodes and the horrifying Data Ghost to uncover the Library's haunting secret.

2pm Forest Of The Dead 
As the shadows rise and march, the Doctor forges an alliance with the mysterious River Song. But can anyone stop the Vashta Nerada? While the Doctor discovers long-buried secrets, and revelations about his own future, the sinister Nodes declare that Donna Noble is doomed.

3pm Midnight 
The Doctor is trapped, alone, powerless and terrified, on the planet Midnight, and soon, the knocking on the wall begins. Only a woman called Sky Silvestry seems to know the truth, but as paranoia turns into a witch-hunt, Sky turns the Doctor's greatest strengths against him, and a sacrifice must be made...
