Frank Angones, Disney's DuckTales writer and executive producer, has revealed that Season 3 of DuckTales will return to Disney XD in the USA from 21st September. The award-winning reboot of the classic 1980s animated series was forced into a hiatus earlier this year due to the impact of the coronavirus epidemic on production.
DuckTales stars David Tennant as adventuring billionaire Scrooge McDuck, with Danny Pudi, Ben
Schwartz and Bobby Moynihan as Huey, Dewey and Louie, Kate Micucci as
Webby, Toks Olagundoye as Mrs Beakley and Beck Bennett as Launchpad McQuack. Guest stars have included Catherine Tate, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Allison Janney and Jameela Jamil.
Even more exciting for fans, among the new episodes there will be an hour long special in October - Let's Get Dangerous - described as "An hour-long special Darkwing Duck event".
