AUSTRALIA: Inside The Children’s Hospital Narrated By David Tennant Comes To 10 In July

The BBC Scotland series The Children's Hospital is heading for Australia, launching on 10 in July. David Tennant narrates the eight-part series set at Royal Aberdeen's Children's Hospital which will air in Australia under the title Inside The Children's Hospital.

Inside The Children’s Hospital explores the lives of the young patients and the amazing staff who care for them, at one of Scotland’s busiest and most-advanced children’s hospitals.  

Since opening in 2004, the Royal Aberdeen Children’s Hospital has cared for over a million children (and their worried parents) from across the north of Scotland.  Inside The Children’s Hospital showcases the dedication, care and camaraderie of the hospital team in the most warm and fuzzy way.

From a mild case of double vision to chemotherapy treatment, the specialists at Royal Aberdeen diagnose mysterious medical conditions both big and small. The trauma team deal with the most pressing emergencies, we will see life-changing surgery, and go behind-the-scenes of the busy laundry and catering teams, to learn that hospital patients are just as fussy with their food!
