Good news for Doctor Who fans in the USA: all eleven seasons of the revived series are now available to stream on HBO Max. WarnerMedia launched their new SVOD platform on Wednesday 27th May to include titles from the HBO and Warner Bros. TV and movie catalogue, new and original films and series and non-HBO titles.
As well as including every episode starring Christopher Eccleston, David Tennant, Matt Smith, Peter Capaldi and Jodie Whittaker, HBO Max will also be the streaming home for the Doctor Who spin-off series Torchwood, starring John Barrowman. Also, the next three seasons of Doctor Who will be exclusively available to stream on HBO Max after their premiere on BBC America.
Other titles available include animated series gen:Lock and the Harry Potter movies.
The service does not include classic episodes of Doctor Who; these are available via Britbox.
HBO Max costs $14.99 a month although current subscribers to HBO programming may not have to pay an additional premium. For more information consult your subscriber or visit HBO Max.
