Lenny Henry rounds up the celebrities in a new video to launch The Big Night In, the joint fundraising project from BBC Children In Need and Comic Relief. David Tennant is among a host of famous faces who are joining forces (from a distance) to celebrate the people who are making a difference and help support those affected during these extraordinary times.

With big surprises, money can’t buy prizes, and live music
performances (from the artists’ homes), The Big Night In will be hosted live by Matt Baker, Zoe Ball, Lenny Henry, Davina
McCall and Paddy McGuinness. David Walliams
and Matt Lucas will back on TV with Little Britain for the first time in over
10 years performing a brand new sketch, while Catherine Tate and David Tennant will also return as stroppy pupil Lauren Cooper and her long-suffering teacher in a home education update of the classic 2007 sketch.
The money raised by The Big Night In will be split equally
between Comic Relief and Children in Need and will go on to support local
charities and projects in the UK, so they can continue to provide vital
emergency support.
Watch The Big Night In on Thursday 23rd April at 7pm on BBC
One and iPlayer in the UK.
