David Tennant narrates a brand new documentary for BBC Scotland which goes behind the scenes of The Royal Aberdeen Children’s Hospital and takes a look at the lives of the young patients and the staff who care for them. The heart warming eight part series, The Children’s Hospital, continues this evening on BBC Scotland and BBC iPlayer at 8pm.
In tonight’s episode Senior Staff Nurse Lewis has to deal with a patient who refuses to take his medication. Can 12-year-old haemophiliac Josh take responsibility for managing his own health? Meanwhile, 10-year-old Fraser starts treatment to correct his walking after spending his entire life since he was a toddler walking on his tiptoes.
