David Tennant narrates a brand new documentary for BBC Scotland which goes behind the scenes of The Royal Aberdeen Children’s Hospital and takes a look at the lives of the young patients and the staff who care for them. The heart warming eight part series, The Children’s Hospital, begins this evening on BBC Scotland and BBC iPlayer at 8pm.
In tonight’s episode Ophthalmologist Mr Scott battles to remove a stubborn cataract from three-year-old Oscar's eye, and play specialist Maureen devises a clever plan to help four-year-old Jack overcome his fear of needles.
