SNEAK PEEK: Disney Afternoon Favourites Join DuckTales This Autumn



DuckTales Season 2 is set to return to Disney Channel in the USA later this year and today's San Diego Comic Con panel revealed a whole raft of surprises for fans of the show. Alongside cast regulars David Tennant, Danny Pudi, Ben Schwartz, Bobby Moynihan, Kate Micucci, Toks Olagundoye, Beck Bennett and Tony Anselmo, today's big cast reveal teased the return of some favourite heroes and villains as well as the arrival of beloved characters from the classic 1990s Disney Afternoon line-up.

Lin-Manuel Miranda, who voices Gizmoduck in the show, was a surprise guest at the panel this afternoon and helped reveal the Season 2 and 3 arrivals via a new series poster of Gadget, Chip, Dale, and Monterey Jack from Chip ‘n Dale: Rescue Rangers, Kit and Molly from TaleSpin and Gosalyn Mallard from Darkwing Duck, alongside Disney faves Daisy Duck and Goofy.  What's more the new sneak peek video shows the return of some familiar faces from past episodes, including Scrooge's rival Flintheart Glomgold and the villainous Don Karnage and Magica de Spell, alogside Della Duck, Darkwing Duck and Storkules - check it out below.

Intrigued by the wonder of McDuck Manor, the triplets along with Mrs. Beakley’s granddaughter, Webby, learn of long-kept family secrets from Scrooge’s epic past, sending the family on daring escapades around the world!

New episodes of DuckTales will premiere in September in the USA on Disney Channel and DisneyNOW.
