David Tennant and Michael Sheen chat to Den Of Geek about depicting an unlikely friendship in Good Omens.
In series Michael plays, Aziraphale, a somewhat fussy angel, whilst David takes on the role of Crowley, a fast-living demon. The pair have been living amongst Earth's mortals since The Beginning and, truth be told, have grown rather fond of the lifestyle and are not actually looking forward to the coming Apocalypse. They form an alliance to try to halt events, but come up against the disapproval of their respective bosses in Heaven and Hell. And then there's the small matter that someone appears to have misplaced the Antichrist…
Good Omens was written by Neil Gaiman and the late Sir Terry Pratchett. The TV adaptation has scripts written by Gaiman himself, who also acts as showrunner for the six part series. The show also stars Miranda Richardson, Michael McKean, Jack Whitehall Adria Arjona, Mireille Enos, Nick Offerman and Nina Sosanya.
The series drops exclusively on Amaxon Prime on 31 May worldwide
