Total Film Go Behind The Scenes Of Good Omens “Every Day Has Been Bananas”


Total Film go behind the scenes of Good Omens in their latest issue (May 2019). 
Good Omens is a dark, comedic story set in modern day Britain on the brink of the Apocalypse. When a fussy angel, Aziraphale (Michael Sheen) and a suave demon, Crowley (David Tennant) get wind of the coming of the Antichrist, they join forces to prevent the loss of their comfortable lifestyle on Earth. Throw in a medley of unforgettable characters, some infernal riders, a host of angels, a legion of demons and a gang of unruly kids, and the end of the world will never be funnier! 

Speaking to Total Film on set during filming David says: “Every day has been bananas. Every day, there are extraordinary people coming to play and we’re in mad places. It never seems to be the same thing twice. It’s continually surprising. 
We’ve still got to do Noah’s Ark, which I’m looking forward to, Garden of Eden still to do. World War II still to do. We did the Globe. We did Edwardian England. We’ve still to do Ancient Rome. We’ve done Arthurian Britain. There’s been quite a range.”

Good Omens also stars Michael McKean, Jack Whitehall, Adria Arjona, Mireille Enos, Nick Offerman and Nina Sosanya. It will be released worldwide on Amazon Prime on 31st May.
