David Tennant And Michael Sheen Join Neil Gaiman At Good Omens Southbank Centre Event This Evening

David Tennant and Michael Sheen will be joining Neil Gaiman at a special Good Omens event at London's Southbank Centre this evening. Limited tickets are still available via the Southbank Centre’s website here.

Neil Gaiman: Good Omens sees the master storyteller reflect on reinventing the modern classic Good Omens for the screen. Before he died in 2015, Sir Terry Pratchett asked Neil Gaiman to make a television series of the internationally beloved novel they wrote together thirty years ago.For one night only, Gaiman speaks about bringing his original collaboration with Pratchett to life, the differences between page and screen, how the characters continue to surprise him and why this wicked comedy about Armageddon remains relevant today.

Chairing the conversation is journalist, broadcaster and writer Kirsty Wark.
Good Omens is a dark, comedic story set in modern day Britain on the brink of the Apocalypse. When a fussy angel, Aziraphale (Michael Sheen) and a suave demon, Crowley (David Tennant) get wind of the coming of the Antichrist, they join forces to prevent the loss of their comfortable lifestyle on Earth. Throw in a medley of unforgettable characters, some infernal riders, a host of angels, a legion of demons and a gang of unruly kids, and the end of the world will never be funnier! The show also stars Michael McKean, Jack Whitehall, Adria Arjona, Mireille Enos, Nick Offerman and Nina Sosanya. It will be released worldwide on Amazon Prime on 31st May.
