David Tennant is back as another Doctor in Rooster Teeth's newest animated series gen:LOCK, launching in January. This time he's voicing Dr. Rufus 'Doc' Weller, head of the Experimental Science Unit for Earth's last free society, the losing side in a massive global war.
In the mecha anime, Doc has developed the next generation of gigantic weaponised robots and is responsible for recruiting a team to pilot them. The latest clip features David Tennant and Monica Rial as Colonel Marin and sees the introduction of two new recruits: former Ukrainian agent
Valentina “Val” Romanyszyn, to be voiced by Asia Kate Dillon, and Robert Sinclair , an experienced American ranger who will be voiced by Blaine Gibson.

Michael B Jordan stars as lead character Julian Chase, one
of the diverse group of young pilots controlling the gigantic mecha. The cast
also includes Maisie Williams, Dakota Fanning, KÅichi Yamadera, Golshifteh
Farahani and series creator Gray G. Haddock, head of Rooster Teeth Animation. genLOCK
is being co-produced by Jordan through his own company Outlier Society
Productions.
Set for release on 26th January 2018, gen:LOCK will
premiere exclusively on Rooster Teeth's online subscription network FIRST
via www.roosterteeth.com. FIRST
