LATIN AMERICA: Camping Starring David Tennant & Jennifer Garner Launches On HBO Tonight

The new US comedy Camping premieres on HBO across Latin America tonight. Starring Jennifer Garner and David Tennant as the unhappily married Kathryn and Walt, the series follows a group of friends who gather at the underwhelming Brown Bear Lake campsite where heightened emotions and latent tensions (sexual and otherwise) spark memories they would rather forget. The show is executive produced by Lena Dunham and Jenni Konner, the team behind HBO's Girls and is based on the UK series of the same name created by Julia Davis. Juliette Lewis, Arturo Del Puerto, Ione Skye, Janicza Bravo, Bridget Everett and Brett Gelman also stars.

The series launches tonight with the first two episodes but will continue on Sunday evenings with one episode per week. Start time is 9pm US ET but please check your local listings for any national variations.

Episode 1 - Pilot
A "perfect" camping trip - obsessively organized by Kathryn McSorley-Jodell in honor of her adoring husband Walt's 45th birthday - is threatened by the tension between Kathryn and her estranged best friend Nina-Joy, the unexpected addition of an annoyed goth teenager and the chaotic arrival of Miguel, who is going through a midlife crisis and brings along his new girlfriend Jandice, a woman of many talents, who rubs Kathryn up the wrong way.

Episode 2 - Going To Town
After her son, Orvis, is knocked down in a game of flag football, Kathryn rushes him to the nearest hospital, flipping out over his health and the danger that Miguel's girlfriend, Janice, poses for the weekend. While Kathryn and Walt attend to Orvis, the others visit a local bar, where a racially charged comment to Nina-Joy triggers George's anger problem. Elsewhere, Miguel and Jandice create real problems for a prissy store owner.
