LATIN AMERICA: Camping Starring David Tennant & Jennifer Garner To Air From November

The new limited comedy series Camping will be launching on HBO and HBO Go across Latin America on November 11th. David Tennant and Jennifer Garner star as a married couple on an ill-fated weekend away in the eight-part adaptation of the UK show of the same name by Julia Davis. Lena Dunham and Jenni Konner, the team behind Girls, have created the US version which also stars Juliette Lewis, Arturo Del Puerto, Ione Skye, Janicza Bravo, Bridget Everett and Brett Gelman.

Camping
Walt (David Tennant) is a loving husband and father struggling to contain a mounting discontent for the life he’s built. His 45th birthday was supposed to be a delightful weekend back to nature, at least according to his obsessively organized and aggressively controlling wife Kathryn (Jennifer Garner). But when the camping trip gathers Kathryn’s meek sister Carleen (Ione Skye), holier than thou ex-best friend Nina-Joy (Janicza Bravo) and free-spirited tagalong Janice (Juliette Lewis) in one place, it becomes a weekend of tested marriages and woman on woman crime that won’t soon be forgotten. Plus bears.

Camping premieres in the USA on October 14th and will also be shown on HBO in Spain and Scandinavia and on OCS City in France from October 15th. The show is expected to air on Sky Atlantic in the UK, but a start date has yet to be announced.
