VOTE NOW: David Tennant & Broadchurch Shortlisted In National Television Awards



The final round of voting in this year's National Television Awards is now open and David Tennant has been shortlisted in the Best Drama Performance category for his portrayal of Detective Alec Hardy in Broadchurch. The National Television Awards is Britain's leading TV awards event where all the winners are chosen exclusively by viewers. 

David is up against Suranne Jones (Doctor Foster), Sheridan Smith (The Moorside), Tom Hardy (Taboo) and Jenna Coleman (Victoria) in his category.

Broadchurch itself has been nominated for Best Crime Drama against Sherlock, Little Boy Blue and Line Of Duty.

Voting is open till 12pm GMT on Tuesday 23rd January with the winners revealed that evening live on ITV from The O2 London in a spectacular celebration of the nation's most loved stars and shows. This year's show will also pay tribute to the late Bruce Forsyth who died last summer.
