David Tennant's eagerly anticipated guest appearance in Thunderbirds Are Go airs on CITV and ITV today.
David voices billionaire inventor Tycho Reeves, the inventor of the sound barrier-smashing Hypercar. When the first run of the inventor's newly-constructed hyperloop begins to malfunction, International Rescue must try to find a way to slow down the fast-moving ride.
Thunderbirds Are Go is a remake of the 1960s television series Thunderbirds created by Gerry and Sylvia Anderson that follows the exploits of International Rescue, a secret life-saving organisation equipped with technologically advanced rescue craft for sea, land, air and space rescue. Central to the organisation's work is a fleet of five vehicles named the Thunderbirds, each piloted by one of the Tracy brothers.
The new series has has attracted a host of big names guest stars, including Emilia Clarke, Adam Hills, Alan Ford, Asa Butterfield, Kathryn Drysdale, Mark Gatiss, Ruby Wax and Togo Igawa.
