USA & CANADA: DuckTales Episode 1 Released On DVD In December



The first episode of Disney XD's DuckTales is scheduled to be released on DVD in the USA and Canada on Tuesday 12th December. The 45 minute episode Woo-oo! launched the reboot of the classic 80s Disney cartoon, introducing the adventuring Duck family to a whole new generation.

David Tennant stars as Scrooge McDuck, with Danny Pudi, Ben Schwartz and Bobby Moynihan as his three great-nephews Huey, Dewey and Louie. Joining them are Kate Micucci as Webby Vanderquack, Toks Olagundoye as Mrs Beakley, Beck Bennett as Launchpad McQuack, Tony Anselmo as Donald Duck and Keith Ferguson as Flintheart Glomgold.

Life is like a hurricane when Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck discover their uncle is none other than trillionaire treasure hunter Scrooge McDuck! Unfortunately, Scrooge hasn't been adventuring in years. It's up to the nephews and their action-ready friend Webby to shake him out of his funk by stirring up some supernatural trouble in his home. They may even convince Scrooge to take them on the most epic family road trip of all time to the underwater city of Atlantis! Together, the team must survive dangerous foes, treacherous temple traps and their overprotective uncle, Donald Duck, to prove that family is the greatest adventure of all!
