First Footage From Bad Samaritan Shown During Dean Devlin Panel At NYCC Today

Visitors to New York Comic Con will get the chance to have the first look at David Tennant's new movie, Bad Samaritan, when footage from the film premieres during a panel featuring producer and director Dean Devlin. Dean will also be introducing the new season of his hit TNT show The Librarians with a sneak peek at what’s coming up when the series returns in December.

The panel will take place at New York's Javits Center this morning at 11.15am. David's co-star Robert Sheehan will also be present on the panel, as will Librarians Christian Kane and John Harlan Kim.

Bad Samaritan is due to be released on 23rd February 2018 in the USA.

The tense thriller, written by Brandon Boyce, centres on a pair of thieves who stumble upon a woman being held captive in a house that they are robbing. The film is directed by Dean Devlin and produced by his own company, Electric Entertainment.

Robert Sheehan and Carlito Olivero play two valets working at an upmarket restaurant who come up with the perfect scam. While their wealthy clients are socialising, they head off to burgle their houses. However, when they target the home of the psychotic Cale Erendreich, played by David Tennant, they get more than they bargained for. The film also stars Kerry Condon and Hannah Barefoot.
