In spite of the ongoing coronavirus crisis, filming has continued on David Tennant's latest project, Around The World In 80 Days, with a completion date now in sight. Following a nine-month shutdown due to the pandemic, filming finally resumed in November and continues into 2021. Speaking to Variety , Lionel Uzen, CEO of production company Federation Entertainment, has said that, with luck, the production should wrap in the next four weeks, though the need for testing and increased safety measures has put more pressure on the already complicated international shoot. In the eight-part series David stars as Phileus Fogg who, with his valet, Passepartout, played by rising French actor Ibrahim Koma, takes on the legendary journey of circumnavigating the globe in just 80 days following an outrageous bet.
