AUSTRALIA PREMIERE: Fireman Sam: Alien Alert Featuring David Tennant Airs On ABC2



David Tennant voices an alien hunting TV presenter in Fireman Sam: Alien Alert, an hour long animated special which premieres on Australian TV next weekend. The pre-school adventure will air on ABC2 on Sunday 9th October from 5pm. 

Fireman Sam, the much loved children's action hero from the UK, stars in his own feature length adventure as the little village of Pontypandy is hit by a raft of UFO sightings. Sam, everyone's favourite hero next door, is determined to get to the bottom of the mysterious events. David Tennant joins regular cast members Steve Kynman and Tegwen Tucker, voicing the villainous Buck Douglas, a TV celebrity whose arrival in town stirs up excitement as residents anticipate featuring on his 'Alien Quest' show.

The special is scheduled to premiere in the UK in May 2017.
