The BBC have opened the ballot for tickets for the televised TV event Shakespeare Live! From The RSC. The live broadcast will be hosted by David Tennant and will be broadcast on BBC Two on the evening of Saturday 23rd April.
Applicants can apply for up to two tickets which will be allocated by random draw. You can register up to 4pm on Tuesday 5th April.

On Shakespeare's birthday the BBC and the Royal
Shakespeare Company come together in an extravaganza, celebrating
Shakespeare's words and his enduring influence on all performance art forms -
from opera to jazz, and dance to musicals.
This unique event will be hosted by David Tennant,
directed by RSC Artistic Director Gregory Doran, and will include
appearances from Dame Judi Dench, Ian McKellen, English National
Opera, the Birmingham Royal Ballet, Rufus Wainwright, Tim
Minchin, Meera Syal, Sanjeev Bhaskar and Akala.
