On the café menu this time, the boys are joined by Doctor Who and Broadchurch star David Tennant who learns how to cook an extraordinary Croatian black cuttlefish ink risotto. Jamie prepares an epic Italian feast, arrosto misto, including roasted duck, chicken, partridge, pigeon and quail. Jimmy shows how to make stone-baked sourdough bread and builds his own wood-fired oven from bricks and paving slabs to play artisan baker. And the boys look at why small scale pig farmers are left with huge amounts of meat they are unable to sell in the UK and whether British charcuterie could help save their bacon.
