GERMANY: Marathon Broadcast Of Broadchurch Season 2 On 13th Street This Saturday



German channel 13th Street will be running all eight episodes of season 2 of Broadchurch this Saturday from 20.10. 

The return of the award-winning crime drama from the UK sees David Tennant and Olivia Colman back as Detectives Alec Hardy and Ellie Miller, ready to tackle another case. Arthur Darvill, Jodie Whittaker and Andrew Buchan are also among the familiar faces from season one, while the cast is joined by Charlotte Rampling, Eve Myles, Marianne Jean-Baptiste and James D'Arcy.

The coastal town of Broadchurch is still in a state of shock after the murder of Danny and the shocking discovery of his killer. But nobody expects the man accused of the crime to declare himself not guilty in court and they fear a long trial. Meanwhile, Claire (Eve Myles), a woman known to Alec Hardy (David Tennant) from an old, unsolved case, comes looking for him in the hope that he can protect her. Hardy enlists Ellie Miller (Olivia Colman) to help him.
