Good Morning America will have exclusive TV access to the New York City premiere as part of their 40th Anniversary marathon broadcast "40 For 40".
The gala launch will be live streamed from the red carpet and will include interviews with the series stars as they arrive. Krysten Ritter, David Tennant, Mike Colter and Carrie-Anne Moss are among those expected to appear, plus special appearances from the showrunners and creatives and the casts of Marvel's Daredevil and Marvel's Luke Cage as GMA enjoys some very special access to the Marvel Universe.
ABC News’ Good Morning America presents “40 for 40”, a 40-hour continuous broadcast to celebrate GMA’s 40th anniversary. The epic event begins tonight at 5pm EST and culminates on November 19th at 9am EST. The Jessica Jones premiere will begin at around 6.30pm ET / 11.30pm GMT.
Marvel's Jessica Jones is a new 13 part Netflix-exclusive series, adapted by Melissa Rosenberg from the comic book series Alias. Krysten Ritter played Jessica Jones, a former superhero forced into retirement following a traumatic incident. David Tennant co-stars as Kilgrave, a sadistic villain with the power of mind control and Jessica's nemesis. The series launches on November 20th.
