VOTING REMINDER! David Tennant, Broadchurch & W1A In The TV Choice Awards Longlist!

The voting for the first stage of the TV Choice awards is coming to a close tomorrow at midnight so please make sure you have cast your vote for David and his projects which are nominated if you haven't done so already!

This year, the second series of the multi-award winning ITV series Broadchurch is on the longlist for Best Drama Series, facing tough competition from the likes of The Fall, Last Tango In Halifax and The Musketeers.

David Tennant himself is nominated as Best Actor and will need to see off Peter Capaldi (Doctor Who), Michael Gambon (The Casual Vacancy), Aidan Turner (Poldark) and John Simm (Prey), among many others, to repeat his previous wins in the category. His Broadchurch co-star Olivia Colman is nominated in the Best Actress longlist.

John Morton's wry comedy W1A, narrated by David, is listed as Best Comedy. The spoof fly-on-the-wall documentary which stars Hugh Bonneville and Jessica Hynes, goes up against House Of Fools, Inside No. 9, Episodes and Detectorists.

Voting on the longlist will remain open until midnight BST on Friday 5th June.

The TV Choice Awards are the only major TV awards entirely decided by audience votes, with more than 2 million readers deciding which programmes and stars will be honoured as the best of the year.

A second round of voting to decide the winners will take place ahead of the awards ceremony on Monday 7th September at The Hilton, Park Lane in London.

Please note that only one set of votes per voter will be counted.
