The postponed repeat of the 2010 David Tennant drama Single Father will now be broadcast at 9pm on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th June on True Entertainment.
David Tennant stars as photographer Dave in the emotionally powerful yet funny drama about a man struggling to raise his four children after the death of his wife.
Things get even more complicated when he begins to fall in love with Sarah, played by Suranne Jones, his wife's best friend. Is Dave betraying Rita by falling in love again so quickly, or will he be walking away from happiness if he ignores his feelings? With his children at the centre of his world, Dave worries what will happen when they find out.
The Glasgow-set series is written by Mick Ford and produced by Red Productions for the BBC. It was originally aired as four hour-long episodes but True Entertainment will show the series in two episodes each lasting two hours.
Last week, True Channels apologised for technical difficulties that prevented the original planned broadcast of the show.
True Entertainment can be found on Freeview 61, Sky 184, Virgin Media 189
