CANADA: What We Did On Our Holiday Released On July 10th



The heartwarming BBC Films movie What We Did On Our Holiday will go on theatrical and digital release in Canada on Friday 10th July, distributed by Pacific Northwest Pictures. David Tennant and Rosamund Pike star as Doug and Abi McLeod, a divorcing couple on a fraught family trip to Scotland.

What We Did On Out Holiday
Doug and Abi take their kids on a family vacation. Surrounded by relatives, the kids innocently reveal the ins and outs of their family life and many intimate details about their parents. It's soon clear that when it comes to keeping a big secret under wraps from the rest of the family, their children are their biggest liability.

The film also stars Billy Connolly, Ben Miller and Amelia Bullmore with Emilia Jones, Bobby Smalldridge and Harriet Turnbull as the three McLeod children. What We Did On Our Holiday is written and directed by Guy Jenkin and Andy Hamilton, the creators of the BBC sitcom Outnumbered.

The Canadian gala premiere for What We Did On Our Holiday will take place on Friday 26th June at the Oakville Festivals of Film and Art and will include a Q&A with Guy Jenkin.

The movie will also have a limited release in the USA on July 10th and will be made available as a digital download on the same day.
