David Tennant appears in Foyle's War this afternoon on DR1 in the first season episode A Lesson In Murder. David plays a conscientious objector, Theo Howard, in the wartime crime drama starring Michael Kitchen and Honeysuckle Weeks. The episode also stars Oliver Ford Davies, Sophia Myles and Danny Dyer and originally aired in the UK in 2002.

A young pacifist is found dead in police custody, and a few
days later a brick with a threatening letter is thrown through the window of
the judge who had him imprisoned. Is someone out to avenge the young man? DCS
Foyle investigates the case, which turns into a murder case when a boy becomes
the victim of a bomb that was apparently intended for the judge.
