The producers of new animated feature film Reds And Grays starring David Tennant have now added Academy Award winning actor Christopher Plummer (Beginners, The Sound Of Music) to their cast. Plummer, whose performing career spans over 60 years, will voice King Gray.
Reds And Grays is the newest project by animation company Nottage Productions and is a romantic comedy revolving around the war between red and grey squirrels. David Tennant stars as Robbie and with Lena Headey as Kiona and Gemma Arterton as Sammy; Max Charles and Eva Bella also feature. Christopher Plummer joins alongside other recently announced cast members Alan Tudyk and John Gordon Sinclair.
The film is written by animator Joel Foster based on a concept by Tony Nottage who also produces. Foster will also co-direct the project with Leon Joosen. Reds And Grays is being jointly produced by Nottage Productions and Entertainment Ventures and is currently in pre-production with a proposed 2015 release date.
