The limited edition DVD and Blu-ray Doctor Who 50th Anniversary Collections are released today in the UK.
The 4-disc collection brings together for the very first
time all the best TV programming from the Doctor Who 50th Anniversary
celebrations as seen on the BBC and BBC America. Naturally there's the 50th
anniversary special itself, The Day
Of the Doctor starring David Tennant, Matt Smith and John Hurt as
three incarnations of the legendary Time Lord. In addition you also get Matt
Smith's swansong The Time Of The
Doctor, the Paul McGann minisode The
Night Of The Doctor and the specially commissioned drama about the
first years of the series, An
Adventure In Space And Time.
Also included are the readthrough, deleted scenes and Making Of The
Day Of The Doctor, and Peter Davison's spoof The Five(ish) Doctors
Reboot.
