BBC Worldwide are to release limited edition Doctor Who 50th Anniversary DVD and Blu-ray box sets on Monday 8th September in the UK. The sets, confirmed in Doctor Who Magazine, bring together all of the celebratory TV and online specials from the BBC's 50th anniversary celebrations, including The Day Of The Doctor starring Matt Smith and David Tennant, the Mark Gatiss-penned An Adventure In Space And Time and the Peter Davison spoof The Five(ish) Doctors Reboot.
On top of this the sets include TV specials and documentaries from the BBC and BBC America and a whole load of thrilling extras, including the cinematic introductions to The Day Of The Doctor, read-through footage, mini-episodes and behind-the-scenes features.
