David Tennant appears yet again on the cover of Radio Times this week as the magazine announces the shortlist for the 2014 National Television Awards. David, the magazine's second most prolific cover star - only Her Majesty the Queen has appeared more times - appears with Olivia Colman and Benedict Cumberbatch as Radio Times reveals the nominees for its own brand new NTAs category, Best TV Detective.
David and Olivia, who played DI Alec Hardy and DS Ellie Miller in the stunning ITV series Broadchurch and Sherlock star Benedict make the final six along with Bradley Walsh (Law & Order: UK), Idris Elba (Luther) and Suranne Jones (Scott & Bailey). Radio Times will be profiling all six nominees in the new edition of the magazine, out today.
Also featured in this week's magazine are interviews with Ben Miller and Chiwetel Ejiofor, the launches of Bake Off for Sport Relief and the new series of The Voice and a first look at new US drama Hostages.
To vote online for the National Television Awards 2014 visit the NTAs website. Voting closes at midday on 22nd January and the winners will be announced later that evening in a ceremony broadcast live on ITV.
