Red Carpet News have posted a video interview of David Tennant at the premiere Sunshine On Leith, the new film based on Stephen Greenhorn's musical of the same name featuring songs by The Proclaimers.
Unashamed Proclaimers fan David said, "I'm very proud, very proud that it's Scottish but more proud that it's The Proclaimers who I've been passionately in love with...I'm a proper hardcore Proclaimers fan!"
Of the band he said, "There's something very uncynical about them, there's something open-hearted and glorious and emotional and accessible, and great tunes, great lyrics, and they are sort of fiercely uncool, which just makes them all the more adorable"
