Filming For What We Did On Our Holiday Moves To Milngavie

Filming on David Tennant's latest feature film, What We Did On Our Holiday, is continuing in Scotland with the action moving to Milngavie.
The local paper, The Milngavie And Bearsden Herald, reports that filming took place in the town on Tuesday with both David Tennant and Billy Connolly on set to shoot scenes for the comedy.
The majority of filming took place in the Tea Cosy cafe and part of the car park on Douglas Street was closed to the public to allow the crew to set up.

David Tennant stars with Rosamund Pike as a couple on the verge of divorce who take a chaotic trip to Scotland with their three children to celebrate a family birthday. Billy Connolly co-stars as grandfather Gordie along with Ben Miller, Amelia Bullmore and Celia Imrie. The film is written and directed by Andy Hamilton and Guy Jenkin and is being co-produced by BBC Films and Origin Pictures for a 2014 cinematic release.
