David Tennant Wins A Daytime Emmy Award




David Tennant has won the Daytime Entertainment Emmy in the Outstanding Performer In An Animated Program category for his role as Huyang in Star Wars The Clone Wars.





The Daytime Entertainment Emmy Awards which recognize outstanding achievement in all fields of daytime television production were announced earlier.

The awards are presented to individuals and programmes broadcast during the 2012 calendar year. To be eligible for a Daytime Emmy, shows must air on US TV between 2am and 6pm to at least 50% of the country. The ceremony for the Creative Arts Daytime Emmys was held at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel in Los Angeles, CA. last night.
