The Guardian reports that the first episode of David's new Channel 4 show, Comedy World Cup, was watched by an impressive 800,000 viewers. This is even more impressive when you consider it was up against the mighty force that is the X Factor!
The Guardian says:
Former Doctor Who star David Tennant was in the presenter's chair for new Channel 4 panel show Comedy World Cup, which launched with 800,000 viewers and a 3.6% audience share in the hour from 8.20pm.
