Doctor Who Magazine has reported on the fact that David Tennant is attatched to the BBC Film Nativity 2 which is of course a sequel to the Martin Freeman film, Nativity, which was released in 2009.

The project is thought to be partly improvised and if so it will be the second partly improvised project David has embarked on this year as his new BBC drama, Love Life, is also semi improvised.
It was initially thought that David had begun filming after he was spotted at a primary school in Coventry earlier this week, and Ian McNiece had previously stated that filming begins this week, however it has since emerged that David was helping the director to audition young cast members.
Filming is thought to begin next week in Coventry and a release date of late 2012 is expected.

Earlier this year Debbie Isitt spoke about the possibility of a sequel to the original Nativity!
